The company is engaged in the business of construction of houses, building, ownership flats, godowns, sheds, residential and other commercial & industrial premises as developer, builder and contractor, since its incorporation. The company is a family controlled company, holding entire share capital by directors, their friends and relatives. The company is closely held company with the following persons as directors.

The
company was promoted by Sri Sushil Kumar Sethia, who had around 18
years of experience in the field. He had earlier done the work of
Baramunda Bus Stand at Bhubaneswar and also constructed 216 houses
at Saileshree Vihar in the city. Beyond that SriS.K. Sethia had
constructed 18 buildings at P&T Colony, Gada Gopinathpur. At the
time of flood at the Jagatsinghpur in the year 1996, he had
constructed houses for Tata relief Committee.
The Promoter had sufficient experience in the field. He is looking the day-to-day management of the company.
